When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter — names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and consignment information — together with your IP address, used to prevent spam.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange collections and deliveries. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are anonymised after 24 months. Booking records are kept for 6 years to meet tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
